Swim & Merch Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We happily accept USA swimwear and merch returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer Canadian returns at this time. All swimwear and merch return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. The refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a restocking fee of $6.95 per return order and we do not refund any shipping fees.
Items that are purchased on sale are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.
